About the Studio & the Trainers
In 2018 Peri Evanoff founded Legendary Fitness. Peri created Legendary Fitness to give women a safe and supportive place to build strength, balance, and flexibility with the ultimate results of improving their mental and physical health. We offer body-positive empowerment!

With all classes at Legendary Fitness – YOU decide your pace. Our coaches create fun yet challenging classes. Our dedicated and friendly coaches will find your edge and help you grow past them to reach new horizons.
Strength and Agility: A full-body workout using dumbbells, weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
Everyday Functional Strength: This class is designed to make every day living easier, more accessible, pain free and help you to feel your strongest through a combination of lifting weights, agility moves, yoga poses and other exercise platforms.
Full Body Fitness: Fun and Challenging class with weights, cardio, agility and condition moves. It’s a full body, fabulous work out!
Flow Motion: Flow Motion is a class focusing on movements that compliment strength, agility and conditioning. Movements will include foam rolling, Mobility, Stretching, Yoga and meditation.

When I started at Legendary Fitness two years ago, I never imagined how transformational it would be. The supportive, judgement-free, welcoming community that Peri and her team foster helps bring me to class, even on those days when it’s all too tempting to give in to the siren song of the couch. The trainers ensure that you are working out safely, with accommodations for any pre-existing injures (of which I’ve had a few!), and encourage you to challenge yourself and build from where ever you are. And being on this journey with the other amazing women in class is an inspiration.
Today, I am stronger than I ever expected I would be, and LF has changed my relationship with my body. My focus has shifted from what I weigh to what my body is capable of, and that change has been incredibly freeing. I love coming to class, pushing myself to give my best effort, and noticing the incremental growth. It’s empowering to realize that I can hold a challenging posture bit longer or do more reps, that the weight I’d normally used feels lighter, that I’m getting less winded and more nimble during agility/cardio moves. And the best part is feeling the difference outside the gym as well. Feeling powerful, grounded, and capable is such a gift–thank you, Legendary Fitness!

I looked for years for a gym that wasn’t a one-stop shop; a place where I really felt seen & heard. Legendary Fitness is it! Peri really listens & tailors each workout to my needs. And, I love the small size of the gym & a truly one-on-one experience.
