Strength and Agility: A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.
Everyday Functional Strength: This class is designed to make every day living easier, more accessible, pain free and help you to feel your strongest through a combination of lifting weights, agility moves, yoga poses and other exercise platforms.
Full Body Fitness: Fun and Challenging class with weights, cardio, agility and condition moves. It’s a full body, fabulous work out!
Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
Yoga Flow: Yoga that focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. This style of yoga is often referred to as ‘flow’ because it moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.
Strength & Balance:
Progressive strength and low impact program focuses on building a foundation and comfort level with weights to build muscle, improve balance and flexibility. Small group setting provides personalized attention.
