Covid: clients must be vaccinated. Clients who cannot get vaccinated for medical reasons must wear a mask, get tested regularly and provide proof of negative result.
If client travels on an airplane or is in close contact someone who has just traveled on an airplane, client must have a negative covid test before training.
Should someone you live with test positive for covid, please provide a negative test for yourself and wear a mask until that person tests negative.

Illness: If you have cold, flu, COVID, any other virus/bacteria symptoms, or are not feeling well for any reason, please cancel your session 24 hours in advance (to have it roll over to your next month).
Also, if you wake up feeling bad/yucky/sick/congested/insert bad feeling description here THE DAY OF your session, please cancel. Thanks for understating!

Cancellations: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your session, we will happily roll it to the next month or do our best to find a make up time.
If you cancel your session fewer than 24 hours in advance, that session will not roll over to the next month. (Example: your session is at 12pm on Tuesday and you cancel Monday anytime after 12pm, the session does not roll). We understand that things like illness, work, and emergencies are out of your control, but they are also out of our control – so they are not exempt from the last-minute cancellation policy.

Running late: If you are running late, that is OK! We understand. Our late policy is to just let us know. If we don't hear from you within 15 minutes into your session, we will considered it canceled.
