Peri is also a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She specializes in women’s fitness and strength (ACE certified).
Peri has worked with both national and local gyms in the Metro area.
Peri’s passion for women to lead strong independent lives led her to start her own fitness studio customized for women.
Her approach to training and exercise is balance! Strength and consistency are KEY. However, mobility, and flexibility are also required to achieve our goals. She believes in bio-individuality and that each person requires an approach to their training that is unique to them to ensure their one body and mind are as robust and healthy as they can be. Peri’s job is to give clients the tools and that it is their job to do the work. Helping others achieve the best version of themselves and get stronger is the passion that drives her.
Peri resides in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband, two children, and their dog. When she is not spending time with her family, training her clients, or cooking, she can be found training, spending time with friends and doing word puzzles.
