60 + STRONG: Personalized and no nonsense yet fun and challenging programming for women 60+ who are ready to build muscle, improve mobility, build stronger bones! Designed for women who are just starting their fitness journey or already on the path!

There are 4 options:

  • 1 workout a week
  • 2 workouts a week
  • 3 workouts a week
  • 4 workouts a week

Your Health Coaching program will amplify the benefits of your STRONGER YOU program through a supportive process that aims to empower YOU to make sustainable changes for YOUR health and wellness.

What will we do?

Set health goals:
Identify specific, measurable, and achievable goals related to physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and other aspects of well-being.

Develop action plans:
Create practical strategies to achieve goals, taking into account YOUR needs, preferences, and challenges.

Provide accountability:
Monitor progress, offer encouragement, and help overcome obstacles.

Educate and empower:
Share evidence-based information, tools, and resources to equip YOU with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed health choices.

Promote self-efficacy:
Foster a sense of confidence and ability to manage health behaviors and achieve desired outcomes.
