With all classes at Legendary Fitness – YOU decide your pace. Our coaches create fun yet challenging classes. Our dedicated and friendly coaches will find your edge and help you grow past them to reach new horizons.

Strength and Agility: A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.

Everyday Functional Strength: This class is designed to make every day living easier, more accessible, pain free and help you to feel your strongest through a combination of lifting weights, agility moves, yoga poses and other exercise platforms.

Full Body Fitness: Fun and Challenging class with weights, cardio, agility and condition moves. It’s a full body, fabulous work out!

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Yoga Flow: Yoga that focuses on the connection between breath, movement, and the mind. This style of yoga is often referred to as ‘flow’ because it moves from one pose to another in a continuous, smooth way.

Strength & Balance: Progressive strength and low impact program focuses on building a foundation and comfort level with weights to build muscle, improve balance and flexibility. Small group setting provides personalized attention.

At Legendary Fitness, we provide programming for all ages and abilities, and we have special experience in working with women and seniors. Pricing varies for individualized personal training and small group classes.

Individual Training

After an initial in-person evaluation at the studio, we will design a fitness program that works for you. We provide the one-on-one personal training you need for your body. Our own goal is to enhance your life through strength and movement.

All workout programs are tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. Are you a dog walker? Sit at a desk all day? Previous injury? We have you covered!

Session Length: 50 minutes
Price: $90 – $180, depending on frequency and type of services

Small Groups

As we do with our individual sessions, we tailor small group sessions to class participants with fun and upbeat strength, balance, agility, and stretching exercise. We offer good music, a great workout and lots of laughter and bonding.

Group Size: 5 – 7 people
Price: $35 – $50 per person per session
