Legendary Fitness is an intimate strength and conditioning studio located in the heart of Kensington, Maryland. Our mission is to empower women through strength, mobility, and education, helping clients better understand their bodies and build confidence through movement.
We offer a supportive, fun, and growth-oriented work environment, including staff outings, collaborative culture, and ongoing mentorship. Compensation is based on experience, and shadowing and training are provided.

Position Summary
Essential Functions
- Deliver an exceptional fitness experience to every client
- Conduct new client orientations, biometric assessments, and goal evaluations
- Develop safe, effective, and personalized training programs
- Track and document client progress
- Maintain studio cleanliness and professionalism
- Participate in marketing initiatives and client recruitment
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and record schedule availability accurately
- Assist with prospecting through special events and floor hours
- Plan holiday and personal time in advance
- Complete all assigned in-house training
- Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Uphold studio policies, safety procedures, and ethical standards
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organization, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Confidence in building relationships and selling services
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
Required Certifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (US Fitness–accepted provider)
- CPR/AED certification
- Commitment to continuing education
Physical Requirements
Must be able to demonstrate exercises, lift and move equipment (up to 100 lbs occasionally), stand and move for extended periods, and clearly communicate instructions.
